  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Opt for high-quality chicken; rotisserie works great.
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits Fresh dough from the refrigerated section is ideal.
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and gently stir them into the chicken mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve alongside a fresh green salad or garlic bread. Garnish with fresh herbs for a pop of color. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to three months.
