Cooking
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until the foam begins to subside and it turns a light brown color.
- Carefully add the fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown and flake easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, transfer the sole to a plate and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
