For the Crunch
  • 15 pieces Oreo Thins Regular Oreos can also be used; crush finely before mixing.
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder Dust on rolled balls for added flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine fat-free cream cheese, non-fat Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
  2. Take your Oreo Thins and crush them into small pieces. Use a food processor for a fine texture or a plastic bag and rolling pin for coarser pieces.
  3. Gently fold the crushed Oreos into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring they are well incorporated.
Forming the Bites
  1. Using your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and dust each ball with cocoa powder.
  2. Chill the bites in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to help them set.

Notes
